This free instant win prize draw (“Promotion”) is to win either a Ribena customised Hasbro game or a Hasbro card / board game.

The Promotion is open to residents of the UK and Ireland aged 18 or over.

Employees (or family members of employees) of any group company of the Promoter, companies associated with the Promotion and all affiliates of such companies may not enter this Promotion.

To take part in this Promotion, participants need to purchase a participating Ribena Squash 850ml, Ribena Squash 1.5L or participating Ribena 500ml and scan the QR code on pack to enter. Winners will be required to provide proof of purchase to receive the prize drawn and incomplete, illegible or late entries will not be accepted.

Entrants must retain proof of purchase/receipt or invoice.

A person whose name is identified on the mode of entry (“Entrant”) must be ordinarily resident in and visiting the Promotion microsite from an eligible and participating country (which comprises Great Britain, Northern Ireland, or the Republic of Ireland). Region, country, and IP address blocking is enforced for anyone trying to access the Promotion microsite outside of these countries.

Maximum of one entry per person per email address per day. Maximum of one prize per household. Anyone found trying to circumvent this condition by using alternative details will be disqualified. No bulk, consumer group or third-party entries will be accepted.

The Promotion opens on 00:01 (UK time) on the 1st of July 2023. All entries must be received by 23:59 p.m. (UK time) 31st of August 2023 (the “Closing Date”).

Entrants take part in a guaranteed winning moment (instant win) promotion.

Winners will be allocated at random throughout the day occurring at least twice per hour during the competition period.

Entrants who enter a valid 4-digit barcode (UK only) from participating Ribena products, or have correctly answered two (2) skill-based questions (Republic of Ireland only), followed by rolling the winning dice combination outlined below on the winner moment will be deemed a winner

If there are no entries on a complete hour during the promotional period, prizes will queue and roll over to the next hour/winning moment.

All prizes are guaranteed to be won. For instance, if there were no entries in a complete day of the competition being opened, the prizes allocated from that day will roll over to the next day, up until the Closing Date, awaiting the time an entrant enters and the prizes are won.

Winners will be selected through a winning moments prize draw from all complete, correct, and eligible entries received by the Closing Date.

Entrants will be notified immediately whether they have won on the landing page and will be required to provide their contact and delivery details.

In the event a winner was unable to provide their contact and delivery details after being allocated a winning moment, the winner will be contacted by email within one (1) working day of their allocation, using the email address provided by the winner at time of entering. This will be the winner's prize claim reminder email. Any failure by the Promoter to notify the winners within this timeframe shall not give rise to any claim by the winners against the Promoter.

Winners are required to submit their prize claim within a 10-day period, from the date on which the winner received their ‘winner’ in-page notification during entry, or winner prize claim reminder email.

If a prize claim is being made through the prize claim reminder email, the winner’s claim must be submitted through the provided URL within the reminder email. Any failure to do this by the winner, or failure to complete a prize claim within ten (10) days of receiving the prize claim reminder email, shall not give rise to any claim by the winners against the Promoter of loss of prize due to re-allocation.

The winners will receive their claimed prizes within 40 working days of providing their proof of purchase to the Promoter, if required to do so when notified.

Prizes will be fulfilled at random. Winners do not have the right to request a specific prize.

The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prizes (or any part of the prizes) for a prize or prizes of equivalent or greater monetary value if this is necessary in the reasonable opinion of the Promoter. There is no cash alternative to the prizes (or any part of the prizes) and unless the Promoter agrees otherwise in writing, the prize is non-refundable and non-transferable.

If the winners are not able, for any reason, to accept a prize, or cannot be contacted within seven (7) days of the draw date, the Promoter reserves the right to award the prize to another entrant. The winners may be required to provide their proof of purchase and information required to fulfil the prize within ten (10) working days of contact.

Third party terms and conditions apply to parts of the prizes where applicable.

Details of the prize winners’ names and county will be available for one month after the close of this Promotion by writing to the Promoter at the address set out below and stating the name and date of the Promotion or by emailing consumer.care@suntory.com.

There are certain things for which the Promoter does not accept any liability to you, and these are explained in the next three paragraphs. The law does not allow the Promoter to exclude or limit its liability for some things, such as death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or loss caused by a false statement where the statement is made fraudulently. The Promoter accepts full liability for these matters and all matters for which it cannot, under English law, exclude or limit its liability. Otherwise, the exclusions of liability described below will apply. References to the “Promoter” include all of the Promoter’s associated companies, agents or any other third party involved in the Promotion.

Subject to the above paragraph, the Promoter will not be responsible for (and will have no liability in connection with) acts, omissions, and occurrences beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control, including but not limited to:

If this Promotion is unable to run as planned due to computer virus, network/technical/communications failure, tampering or any cause beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control, the Promoter may in its sole discretion cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Promotion or invalidate any affected entries (subject to any written directions given under applicable law).

Entries must not be made through agents or third parties or any automated entry software or any other means which allows an entrant to automatically enter repeatedly. Incomplete entries will be disqualified and will not be counted.

The Promoter’s decision is final and binding in all respects on all entrants. No correspondence will be entered. Entries that do not comply in full with these terms and conditions will be disqualified. Incomplete entries will be disqualified and will not be counted. The Promoter is not obligated to inform the entrants who have entered such entries of such disqualification.

The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and entrants. If the Promoter has grounds to suspect any entrant or third party of cheating, deception or fraudulent or unsportsman-like conduct of any kind (including, without limitation, manipulating the promotion, choice of prize winner(s) or any entry) the Promoter reserves the right (in its sole discretion) to disqualify any entrant, entry or person it reasonably believes to be responsible for, or associated with, such activity.

The Promoter reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without notice.

The winners agree to allow the Promoter to use their name and likeness for advertising and publicity purposes without additional remuneration. The winners may be required to take part in reasonable publicity and PR activity at the Promoter’s request.

This Promotion, these terms and conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including the prize(s)), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law. You irrevocably agree that the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim that arises out of or in connection with this Promotion and/or these terms and conditions (including the prize(s)).
