This quick and easy Ribena waffle recipe is the perfect way to start your day!

Ribena Waffles


  • 45g Plain Flour
  • 15g Vanilla Protein Powder
  • 1 tbsp Baking Powder
  • Half Mashed Banana
  • 3 tbsp Ribena Blackcurrant No Added Sugar Squash
  • 100ml Almond Milk
  • 1 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
  • Frozen Berries and Yoghurt to serve


Step 1

Whisk together the milk, Ribena and vinegar in a jug.

Step 2

Set aside.

Step 3

In a bowl, mash banana & mix in flour, protein powder & baking powder.

Step 4

Pour in the milk mix until a smooth batter forms.

Step 5

Cook for 8-10 minutes in a pre-heated waffle maker!

Step 6

Add your toppings and enjoy!!
