Ingredients

  • 4 tbsp of sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 Ripe banana (mashed)
  • Pinch of baking soda & baking powder
  • 1/2 cup self-raising flour
  • 4 tbsp of melted butter
  • 1/2 frozen blueberries
  • 3 tbsp of Ribena Blackcurrant No Added Sugar Squash

Method

Step 1

Take 4 tbsp of sugar and 2 eggs.

Step 2

Whisk until smooth.

Step 3

Then add 1 mashed banana.

Step 4

Add pinch of baking soda & baking powder.

Step 5

Then add self-raising flour until the consistency forms a smooth batter.

Step 6

 Add 4 tbsp of melted butter.

Step 7

Then add handful of frozen blueberries.

Step 8

Add 2 tbsp of Ribena Blackcurrant No Added Sugar Squash

Step 9

Then mix the batter and pour in a greased tin.

Step 10

Again add 1 tbsp of Ribena and swirl to make a design.

Step 5

Then add self-raising flour until the consistency forms a smooth batter.

Step 11

Top it up with few blueberries

Pop into oven at 180 degree for 45 minutes.
