Ribena Blackcurrant Ice Cream

Now is the perfect time to whip up some refreshing, yummy treats! This blackcurrant ice cream recipe will get your taste buds tingling.

Blackcurrant Ice cream


  • 3 bananas, chopped and frozen
  • 100g frozen blackberries (plus a few to serve)
  • 2 tbsp of thick Greek yoghurt
  • 60ml Ribena Blackcurrant Squash No Added Sugar
  • (Optional) poppy seeds and frozen blueberries to serve


Step 1

Add the bananas, blackberries, yoghurt, and Ribena squash to a food processor and blend until thick and creamy. If the mixture is too thick, loosen with another tablespoon of Ribena if needed.

Step 2

Spoon into mini sundae glasses and add a pinch of poppy seeds and frozen blueberries and blackberries. Then sit back and enjoy your creation! @RibenaUK
