No Churn Blackberry Ice Cream

No Churn BC Ice Cream


  • 500ml Double Cream
  • 150ml Condensed Milk
  • Quater cup Blackberries
  • 50ml Ribena No Added Sugar Blackcurrant Squash


Step 1

 In a mixing bowl, whip up the heavy cream until it takes a stiff form using a hand mixer or a whisk.

Step 2

Add condensed milk and gently fold in.

Step 3

Mix the berries and Ribena together, using a fork slightly mash together.

Step 4

Lastly, using a freezer bowl or loaf pan, pour a layer of whipped cream into the pan then drizzle some of the berry mix, use a toothpick to create a swirl, repeat process to fill up pan.

Step 5

Freeze for 4 hours or until completely frozen.
