Froyo Berry Bark

Try this delicious sweet and sharp recipe for Ribena froyo berry bark!

10 mins + overnight freezing




  • 420g Greek yoghurt
  • 100g Mixed berries (normal or frozen)
  • 25ml Ribena Blackcurrant Squash (No added Sugar)


Step 1

Pop the mixed berries and Ribena in a blender and blitz together

Step 2

Line a tray with baking paper and evenly spread the Greek yoghurt on top

Step 3

Drizzle the berry mix on the Greek yoghurt and sprinkle with blackcurrants and cranberries

Step 4

Use a cocktail stick and swirl the berry mix into the Greek yoghurt

Step 5

Freeze overnight and break into pieces before serving
